We are female owned small business located in the small city of Bangor in North Wales. Our mission is to create the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing pink home fragrance items while keeping the importances of helping the planet in mind.
We've recently signed up to Ecologi which plants 1 tree for every order we get! This is a big step in becoming more ecofriendly and just by ordering with us you're helping us offset our carbon emissions!

Turnaround Times
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days.
This can increase to 7-10 working days during busier periods.

We currently ship via standard second class Royal Mail, parcels usually arrive within 3-5 working days after recieving a dispatched email.

If you decide to return your item(s) please email contact@sumptuousscents.com within 7 days or recieving your order.
Items must be unopened and/or unused to be eligible for returns.
We are unable to offer returns on sale items unless damaged during transit.

Steps we've taken to become a ecofriendly business are;

- We now use paper tape to seal your parcels meaning you can recycle it all.
- We use packing peanuts that dissolve into nothing when rinsed under water.
- All of our wax is biodegradeable and compostable.
